Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons water, hot
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- small chili, sliced thinly
Instructions
- Melt the sugar in the hot water.
- Then add the fish sauce.
- Add the vinegar last.
- Garlic and chili are optional.
