Gyoza Dipping Sauce
I love gyozas and this dipping sauce is just perfect for dipping your gyozas into. Put the extra unused sauce in a glass jar and it will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks. I buy the frozen gyozas from the Chinese supermarket. To cook them, heat up a frying pan that has a lid and add a tablespoon of oil. coat the bottom of the pan evenly with the oil by swivelling the oil in the pan.
